I'm curious about the name you give the Product/Service/Company... AutoPest. Why AutoPest? Although I like the fact it's easy to remember, it includes the word "pest". Seem like that word implies this is a service that can be construed as bothersome and annoying. Not sure I like the brand, and my experience has proven to show that brand matters, even in high tech.
I've had lots of responses to the name... both good and bad. I knew the name would stir some conversation, but I didn't expect quite as much controversy as it's gotten. I think I'll plan to write a larger post about it to explain my thought process and the relative pros/cons as I see them.
I recently noticed Apple mail is creating followup emails for me in my inbox when I don’t get a response to a previous email I sent. It looks like it’s addressing the same problem as AutoPest. You might have more competition.
loving this, totally authentic and open - brilliant!
- btw on firefox on osX your autopest explainer delivers audio but no picture ;-)
Glad you're liking it, Will! And thanks for the tip about FireFox... I'll add it to my "bugs" list.
