All the talk about Web3 has finally become too much for me, and I’ve had to weigh in (which you’ll see in this issue’s featured article). But, before you roll your eyes with exhaustion at the idea of yet-another-person rambling about crypto and NFTs and what not, know that I agree with you. I don’t discuss any of that because they’re not really the core of Web3.
In other words, if you want to know what Web3 really is, be sure to read my article about it below.
Of course, if you don’t care about Web3 or don’t want to read yet-another-article about it, then I hope you’ll enjoy my other article, which is about hiring.
Umm… not that hiring is more exciting to read about than Web3.
Sorry!

QUESTION:
Hi Aaron,
Everywhere I go, I can’t seem to avoid people talking about Web3. But what the heck is it?
I’ve read articles and stuff about it, but I still don’t really understand what the big deal is.
You’re good at explaining things. Could you explain Web3?
Thank you,
Ethan
